Mr. Wilpon was a sole practitioner until he and Mr. Ferguson formed Ferguson & Wilpon. Mr. Wilpon is admitted
to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Ferguson graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law and also obtained a Master of Business
Administration degree from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Ferguson developed his legal expertise as an associate
at several different law firms. Subsequent to that he founded, and continues to be the sole owner of Main Street
Settlements, Inc., a real estate settlement and title company. Mr. Ferguson is admitted to practice law in the
State of Maryland and currently serves as President of the Olney Chamber of Commerce.
